President Donald Trump is shaking up the fashion world by breaking from his signature Italian suits — and opting for a more affordable Jos. A. Bank suit.

The president flaunted the suit during a rally in Nebraska on Monday.

He stood on the stage, holding both sides of his suit jacket open to the audience. Embroidered inside, the jacket lining read, “Jos. A. Bank.”

Jos. A. Bank’s website showcases its low prices with multiple sales and markdowns, and it says it offers “an extensive selection of beautifully made, classically styled tailored and casual clothing and prices typically 20 to 30 percent below our competitors.’”

The suits are produced internationally, including in China.

The move marks a noticeable shift from Trump’s signature Brioni suits, which are custom-made in Italy. The cheapest online suits start at $5,500.

Trump became closely associated with Brioni in the 2000s and during his years hosting The Apprentice.

He also brokered an agreement for the luxury retailer to set up shop in the then-Trump International Hotel in Washington.

The retailer relocated shortly before the hotel was sold and rebranded as the Waldorf Astoria.

The New York Times confirmed in 2016 that Trump wore Brioni leading up to the presidential election.

Comments on X highlighted the president’s change in suit.

“Common wisdom has long been that Trump only wears Brioni suits (Brioni supplied him with wardrobe for The Apprentice) but lately he’s been wearing this navy Jos A Bank suit,” another said.

The Washington Examiner contacted the White House for comment.
