A government watchdog filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission on Tuesday alleging Alaska Senate candidate Daniel J. Sullivan illegally coordinated with an outside group that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars criticizing incumbent Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska.
