California Police Searching For Illegal Alien Accused of Impregnating Daughter After Newborn Found Dead

This story is absolutely nauseating.

A manhunt is underway in California for an illegal Mexican immigrant accused of impregnating his young, teenage daughter.

Yes, you read that right.

38-year-old Sergio Galvez-Perez is the confirmed father of a newborn baby found dead on the side of the road, with her umbilical cord still attached and signs of traumatic injury.

The murdered newborn baby girl, whom police named “Baby Angelita,” is the product of incest between Galvez-Perez and his now-14-year-old daughter.

Investigators believe the girl gave birth on the side of the road and abandoned the newborn baby there.

Now, both this sick ‘father’ and his daughter are being sought as suspects in the investigation.

Homeland Security released a statement and shared some news coverage:

This illegal alien RAPED AND IMPREGNATED his 13-year-old DAUGHTER.

After his daughter gave birth to his child on the side of a California road, Sergio Galvez-Perez, from Mexico, is suspected of helping murder the infant.

Police have filed charges against Sergio Galvez-Perez, but not yet against his daughter.

They believe he is hiding her somewhere and have taken the teenage daughter’s mother into custody.

The San Luis Obispo Tribune reported:

A warrant was issued for the man, Sergio Galvez Perez, who was suspected of being the father of both the teenage girl and the deceased infant. A warrant was also issued for the teenager, who was accused of murder after allegedly giving birth on the side of Struve Road and leaving the baby behind, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The teen’s mother, 36-year-old Ofelia Garcia Ortega, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment but was released after posting bail, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Authorities were still searching for the 14-year-old and Galvez Perez, who was also accused of concealing the girl, as of Thursday morning.

Despite the framing of the teenage abuse victim as a murder suspect, which drew public backlash online, District Attorney Jeannine M. Pacioni announced on Wednesday that her office has not yet decided to bring any charges against the teen girl.

“The District Attorney’s Office has not received a filing request for criminal charges against the 14-year-old Jane Doe, nor has our office received any investigative reports from law enforcement,” the announcement posted to Facebook said.

The office had, however, filed criminal charges against Galvez Perez due to the allegations that he sexually abused and impregnated his daughter.

“The charge of child molestation is a serious and violent felony under California law, constitutes a strike under California’s Three Strikes law, and requires sex offender registration upon conviction,” the DA’s Office said. “We are requesting a warrant be issued for his arrest, and we call on him to turn himself in and face the charges against him.”

The monster who sexually abused and impregnated his own daughter is a known criminal illegal alien who was arrested on multiple occasions by ICE.

But, each time, he was released.

The Daily Caller detailed his criminal background:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued Galvez-Perez a detainer on July 11, 2023, after his arrest for driving under the influence, but the detainer was not honored, a DHS spokesperson told the Caller. Galvez-Perez had illegally reentered the country in 2016 and was encountered by Border Patrol near San Ysidro.

Galvez-Perez was first arrested by ICE in Nov. of 2007 in Florida, and he was removed from the country in Jan. 2008. Later, he was able to reenter the country.

Galvez-Perez had a long and violent criminal history that includes operating a vehicle without a license, driving under the influence, hit-and-run with damage to property, battery, domestic violence, and aggravated assault, a DHS spokesperson confirmed to the Caller.

It’s absolutely disgusting that this deranged sicko was ever allowed into our county.

He’s just pure evil.

It’s even more disturbing that he was protected by California’s sanctuary policies for so long.

Maybe this horrendous case will finally serve as a wake-up call for Democrats.

Here’s what people are saying online:

This man needs to be executed.. send him to our maker and let God decide his judgement. We cannot have these monsters in our society on earth.

Anyone who reads this should know all illegal aliens have to be deported ASAP. The culture differences alone are enough, but this kind of stuff is evil and sickening. We don’t need this kind of evil in this country.

@GavinNewsom ran cover for an illegal alien who raped and impregnated his own daughter and then killed the baby.

We need federal laws which make it a criminal offense to provide sanctuary to illegal aliens. This is disgusting.
