WATCH: Fighter Walks Out To Crowd Of 80,000 Playing “All Hail King Jesus”

This is really cool….

You can feel a culture shift happening, can’t you?

I definitely can.

It’s everywhere you look.

Gen. Alpha is proudly wearing JESUS and SAVED shirts to school, something unthinkable even a decade ago.

Speaking openly and positively about God and Jesus is now becoming the norm, not the exception.

And things like this are happening…

Meet Katie Taylor, professional fighter and born-again Christian who chose to walk out to her fight with Bethel Music’s “All Hail King Jesus” playing for her walkout.

Watch here:

Katie Taylor walks out infront of 80,000+, and millions around the world, at Croke Park in Dublin for her final fight with "All Hail King Jesus" playing.

Beautiful

I can already hear some poindexter in the comments saying: “OH REAL NICE NOAH….she played a Jesus song before she rearranged her opponent’s face. How very Jesus like of her!”

And to that I would just say wake up.

This is her profession.

UFC and similar fighting leagues are HUGE right now.

These people train their whole lives for this. They’re all there voluntarily. They all know what they’ve gotten into and they all want to be there.

Is it your profession? No.

Would I ever choose it or want it for my kids? No.

But it’s their profession and she has a moment when she walks out to put the spotlight on anything she wanted. Any song, any topic.

And she chose to shine that spotlight on Jesus while 80,000 fans watched.

I’ll take that!

Also, never forget that Christianity is the ONLY worldview that actually empowers women.

Christianity, the only worldview that empowers women.

Katie Taylor – a three time undisputed world champion, walks out for her final ever fight to the song 'All Hail King Jesus' with millions watching!

What a powerful decision – to honour Jesus in your ring walk – which is… pic.twitter.com/ufqIxNiv4W

Here are some more awesome details from The Independent:

Bethel Music is a music label and collective of religious musicians based at a Christian ‘megachurch’ in California, whose mission is “Carrying the culture of Heaven to the nations through worship”.

Taylor (40) is a born-again Christian and she and her family have been long-time members of St Mark’s Pentecostal Church on Pearse Street in Dublin, and she has often credited her faith in God and Jesus for her success.

All Hail King Jesus played for her final walk out against France’s Flora Pili.

At one point Taylor held her arms aloft and sang along with the lyrics, including the chorus:

“All hail King Jesus

“All hail the Lord of Heaven and earth

“All hail King Jesus

“All hail the Savior of the world.”

Taylor now lives with her husband Sean McCavanagh and his family in Connecticut, US, where they attend church together.

As well as her walk out to a Christian anthem, the fighter had “Psalm 18” emblazoned on her boxing gear for the fight.

The psalm begins: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
