President Trump just nuked the fake news media’s rumors that he might consider dropping a nuclear bomb on Iran.
While taking questions from reporters on Monday in the Oval Office, he was asked if he would “rule out” nuclear action as an option in the ongoing Iranian conflict.
In response, President Trump totally dismissed the ridiculous idea, pointing out that the country is already defeated military.
“So now, I defeat them and now I should use a nuclear weapon on top of them?” he said,
“What a stupid question.”

He then told the press to LEAVE the room

What a stupid question, indeed.
As President Trump noted, nuclear escalation with Iran would be wrong — and, he doesn’t even need that option on the table, anyway!
Iran has been annihilated militarily, and now the focus has turned to crushing their economy.
However, to give you some additional context, the speculation about potential nuclear war with Iran stemmed from a claim made by former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Earlier this month, she wrote a lengthy post on X alleging that the Trump administration was seriously considering dropping a nuke on Iran.
USA Today provided some additional context:
The Trump administration has given no indication nuclear action is on the table in Iran. Former Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, a onetime ally-turned-critic of Trump, this month alleged the Trump administration has discussed using nuclear weapons against Iran in strategy meetings. But Greene did not present evidence backing her claim, and the White House rejected the assertion.
From the beginning of the war, Trump has said the purpose for U.S. military operations against Iran is to ensure Iran never possesses a nuclear weapon. “Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. If Iran had a nuclear weapon, Israel would have been wiped out,” Trump said on Aug. 31. “And they’d be hitting our cities at some point because they’re sick people.”
While President Trump has ruled out nuclear warfare, he also signaled plans to retaliate against Iran in response to the country’s attacks on two U.S. bases in Jordan over the weekend.
CBS News has more on that:
President Trump said Monday that the U.S. would retaliate for Iran’s attacks on Sunday targeting Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, according to Fox News’ Trey Yingst, who quoted Mr. Trump as saying in a phone interview: “We’re going to hit them hard.”
“There will be a response,” Mr. Trump said, according to Yingst.
Iran fired missiles at Jordan and a drone at the UAE on Sunday, calling it retaliation for the first U.S. strikes in a month, which the American military said hit rocket launchers and sea drones Sunday on Iran’s Larak Island.
Iranian officials said two people were killed in the U.S. strikes. Authorities in Jordan and the UAE said all the Iranian weapons were intercepted or fell without causing damage.
