James O’Keefe remains in good spirits despite being hit with ridiculous felony charges in Minnesota.
Last week, James O’Keefe and fellow conservative journalist Cam Higby were charged with unlawful voting and identity theft over a video they posted exposing Minnesota’s questionable “vote vouching” system.

Hennepin County prosecutor Mary Moriarty — who is backed by George Soros — announced the charges against O’Keefe and Higby during a press conference.
