Have foodborne illnesses suddenly skyrocketed?
The answer seems to be a resounding “Yes”; you’re not going crazy, and it’s not your imagination!
And is there a possible sinister political angle to the recent rash of food warnings? Also… Yes.
One of the larger recalls currently active for a common food item just moved a little closer to the dangerous side of things, per the FDA.
The original warning went out weeks ago for another salmonella danger impacting a large number of eggs sold across multiple states.
While we were mostly focused on Taco Bell, Jalapenos, and Lettuce — wasn’t it blueberries before that? — a ginormous egg recall was quietly slipping into the mix.
Yesterday, that warning was reclassed by the FDA with a “reasonable probability” of seriously bad health outcomes for anyone eating those recalled eggs.
Not to make this entirely a political story, because I don’t want to lose sight of the actual EGG story.
But the ridiculous TDS outbreak is ALSO still running rampant in this country alongside the explosion in foodborne illness threats.
EVERYTHING must either be blamed on President Trump, or else it is the fault of somebody in his Administration.
So it tracks that tons of social media posts, like this one, from big name rich leftist lackeys trying to make a name for themselves by blasting Trump… have already started popping up:
I’m sorry — but if you seriously think RFK Jr. is the one poisoning the U.S. food chain…
I’m here to diagnose you with full blown stage four Trump Derangement Syndrome.
I don’t even know if it’s POSSIBLE to come back from that.
Where do these people even get the idea to blame EVERYTHING on Trump!?
Oh — wait… they get it straight from their dear Democrat leadership:
Yeah. But, no.
One thing I want to point out is that there are a lot of different numbers being thrown around about this story.
I have seen several news articles with links and headlines popping up in Google search results that use even bigger numbers than the 19.2 million eggs I have verified as accurate.
I’ve seen as many as 38 million eggs described in one headline with the same total appearing in the link address — with no mention of that larger number in the story.
Then again, the “1.6 million” eggs that is most frequently being used is also not quite right.
Some, but not all media coverage, is accurately reporting that we’re talking about 1.6 million “cartons” or “dozens” of eggs.
The reality is that we’re talking about more than 19 million eggs sold in the US, which the FDA just described as “reasonably likely” to cause “death”.
Even if they are acting out of an abundance of caution… those are scary numbers.
Here are some of the basics following the FDA reclassification of this recall as reported by The Hill:
The tiny part of me that still wants to dismiss “conspiracy theories” out of hand would probably do exactly that.
Except, the numbers of foodborne illnesses and the number of those being sickened by them actually are far higher this year.
Check out this clip from an ABC News affiliate featuring a doctor — a gastroenterologist — who confirms some of those historically high numbers:
(Note: I just discovered upon editing this story that the video has been blocked. Surprise, surprise! But, no worries — I’ll include enough of the pertinent info from the video in question that you’ll get my point. And click on THIS LINK if you still want to go watch the video for yourself on YouTube.)
Dr. Partha Nandi in that clip estimated approximately 25 foodborne illness investigations by the FDA each year in recent years.
And so far we’ve had 20 just this year, and 12 in the last two months alone according to his count.
Obviously, that doesn’t mean beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are dark and sinister forces behind any of this.
But we’ll come back to that in a moment — because there may be more evidence on that front to consider.
Another thing to watch for besides the obvious health risks would be a sudden change in the price of eggs as a result, just as prices have finally dropped and settled at lower levels, as noted in this report by Newsweek:
Would that surging price of eggs back up to Biden-era inflation levels count as possible MOTIVE for any would-be dark and sinister forces behind all these foodborne illnesses?
Maybe — but I’m not seeing enough to be comfortable making that claim just based on that info. (But it’s on my radar.)
At least we might have some advanced warning that the egg price saga hasn’t likely been fully written in stone, yet.
Higher prices may be just ahead.
In terms of identifying which eggs are included in the recall, here’s the most condensed information I could find for how to identify the packaging codes as described by the FDA:
To a degree, that’s the story in a nutshell.
But there’s that nagging feeling that something more is going on here — am I right?
I can’t say I have it all figured out, but I see other people asking the same questions, like Michael Bradbury:
Just the fact that he recognized we’re dealing with something like 19 million eggs tells me he’s paying more detailed attention to this than most of the media!
Here’s the full text of his post for convenience:
Again, I don’t know if I have all the answers to this. In fact, I know I don’t.
But maybe Calley Means — confidant of RFK Jr. at the Dept. of Health and Human Services, and the person generally credited for getting Kennedy and President Trump together following the Butler assassination attempt — might have a clue to offer.
So, there’s this Politico article, right?
It came out a few days ago, and no surprise… it is essentially a big swipe at the Trump Administration for CAUSING all these foodborne illnesses, scaring people, and doing a terrible job at communicating on the issue.
The article bumps right up to actually pushing back against the idea of eating REAL FOOD as opposed to PROCESSED (…fake…) foods.
And that’s right about where my ‘conspiracy’ radar started beeping.
Eggs, lettuce, jalapenos, and beef can all be carriers of salmonella — right?
That whole cyclosporiasis outbreak came from REAL FOOD — right???
But those highly processed fake foods, those Pop-tarts, don’t carry the same threat. So logically you should eat more PROCESSED foods and less FRESH / REAL food — RIGHT!?
Paging Dr. Rubio? Remind me to come back and add a Marco Rubio Pop-tart meme to the story later on.
That was the general push of the Politico story in question, titled: Fear of lettuce is making RFK Jr.’s food messaging harder for consumers to swallow
And guess what Calley Means pointed out about one of the driving quotes in Politico’s hit piece:
And that’s when the part of me that KNOWS from historical consistency that most of the time… conspiracy ‘theory’ often has a decent amount of FACT behind it… became fully engaged.
So you’re telling me that a bunch of companies fully invested in the production, marketing, and selling of highly processed foods…
Are funding the “Stop Foodborne Illness” advocacy group that is now being quoted in hit pieces against the Trump Administration on these issues?
And the CEO of the company is one Sandra Eskin, who was in charge of food safety and inspections at the Department of Agriculture for Biden?
To me, those are dots. And they connect.
Now, I have two main questions on the ‘conspiracy’ front:
Is this crazy uptick in foodborne illness being manufactured?
And secondly, is the entire purpose to weaponize the outbreaks against:
- The Trump Administration…
- The TRUTH that is coming out (finally!) about what actually constitutes healthy nutrition… and keep the American people from finally realizing all the negative effects of heavily processed foods (just like with the COVID situation) that have been covered over for all these years?
I still don’t have all the answers to that.
But now I have more than a big super-sized portion of suspicion that I’m chewing on.
I’m reminded of another bit of information recounted by RFK Jr. that made the rounds early last year.
Check out this clip, and judge for yourself.
Is this another bit of MOTIVE that the dark and sinister forces might have in pushing back against the changes happening at the federal level regarding our food:
Here’s a full screen version of that video for easier viewing:
And here’s the full text that goes along with that post for those who would rather read the important takeaways of the study he describes:
There are so many possible MOTIVES for attacking the oh-so-radical (pure sarcasm there) ideas of RFK Jr. in pushing real food rather than processed garbage.
And so very much possible motive for those potential dark and sinister forces who may be trying to STOP the progress of those like RFK Jr. in the Trump Administration, who are not going to accept the intentional poisoning and associated cover up of the American people any longer.
Why ARE we seeing so many foodborne illnesses?
Why ARE we having such a groundswell of younger people suddenly confused about their sexuality to the point they deny basic biology?
Maybe basic sin is partly to blame, and the rot that happens when a culture and society slips so far that the minds of individuals can no longer easily distinguish obvious truth?
That’s definitely happening.
But I’m going to ask the question outright which I’ve hinted at with all of this: are we literally being poisoned to create both social AND biological changes at the same time?
I don’t know if that can be proven across the board with the empirical evidence I have access to.
But for those who have NOT had their minds completely turned to rot by the unmitigated sin that is so prevalent in our society…
There are ways of knowing a thing that TRUMPS (see what I did just then?) even the best empirical evidence — though our world has basically lost touch with that reality.
At the end of the day, be careful with those eggs, folks.
Wash your leafy greens yourself! And check the codes on your egg cartons.
And by all means, DON’T live in fear.
But keep your eyes open and your head on a swivel, because those “possible” dark and sinister forces I spoke of aren’t merely “possible” according to God’s Word.
They are just as real and active in the world as you and I — and they don’t take a break.
Neither can we.
