There’s not a single person in America who cannot discern the exceedingly grim reality that President Trump is either hopelessly stuck in his “Terrible Twos” or his “Perpetual Teenager Period” or constantly swinging back and forth between these 2 bookends of a whole lifetime of “ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT”.
