Neil Boortz once said a Tattoo is a permanent expression of a temporary feeling. And, like smoking cigarettes, women with tattoos are telling the world I’m available. By and large, he’s right.​

We have more women with tattoos today that the sum total of all the enlisted men in the WW2 Navy.​
