Sen. Warren Says She’s All In For Far-Left Muslim Senate Candidate Because He’s A ‘Fighter’

In any ordinary election cycle, it wouldn’t be surprising for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to endorse whichever candidate represents the extreme-left position.

But in 2026, that extreme has shifted significantly to the left of where even Warren’s position on many key issues has typically been.

Nevertheless, she is dutifully getting in line behind the socialists currently taking over her party, as evidenced by her recent endorsement of Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan.

According to Breitbart:

“Abdul is the only candidate in this race not taking corporate money, and he’s fighting to get money out of politics altogether. Abdul studied to be a doctor, and he’s fighting for every single American to have affordable, high-quality healthcare,” she said.

“Abdul has been a card-carrying union member, and he’s fighting for working people. That’s why he’s endorsed by the United Auto Workers, and he’s growing a movement of working people all across Michigan. And that’s why I’m endorsing Abdul. He is the fighter Michigan needs in the Senate,” Warren continued, identifying him as the “only candidate in this race who can build the grassroots movement needed to win in November for money in your pocket to get money out of politics and deliver Medicare for all.”

Her social media announcement racked up a slew of critical comments:

You are so corrupt. Communist supporting anti-American bitch. You are an absolute traitor. We need to bring back public consequences. You need to be investigated at the least and thrown in PRISON.

Warren’s careful wording when noting that El-Sayed “studied to be a doctor” indirectly referenced one controversy surrounding the candidate that isn’t directly tied to his far-left agenda.

As the New York Post recently reported:

El-Sayed’s LinkedIn page describes him as a physician, and he claimed to be “a physician and epidemiologist” during an April debate.

“You got attacked by your rivals for calling yourself a physician, not just a doctor, even though you don’t have a valid state medical license in New York or Michigan, which apparently is what you need legally to call yourself a physician,” Zeteo founder Mehdi Hasan pressed El-Sayed, questioning whether the candidate should have just called himself a doctor to avoid the drama.

“At the end of the day, it’s not about whether or not I’m a physician or a doctor,” El-Sayed replied. “It’s not about my education. It’s about whether or not your kid gets a good education.”



Hasan called out the attempted dodge and stressed that people will question whether “you tell the truth.”
