God is “trans.”
That’s the claim coming from the mouth of an “Episcopal priestess” who insists that Mary actually “assigned” Jesus to be male at birth.
Bypassing the fact that the Bible records the angel Gabriel predicted to Mary that “a son” would be born, the priestess, Flourish Klink, has delivered a wildly new personal interpretation of the story of the birth of Christ.
She believes Mary delivered Jesus and said, “Oh look, a baby boy!”
But Jesus wasn’t a boy, she claims.

A report at Disntr explains that Klink insisted on her interpretation promoting the injurious transgender ideology.
“Nevermind that that God sent the Angel Gabriel to tell Mary long before she even conceived that she would have a Son,” the report said. “Apparently, she was caught off guard after He was born.”
“God isn’t a boy,” Klink says. “We have established this. God is beyond boy and girl. God was assigned a gender at birth and later on it became clear that that gender wasn’t quite right.”
And there’s a threat: “If you’re going to deny God is trans, I think you’re going to be denying the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ…”
Klink online identifies as a priest at the Episcopal Church in New York at Christ & St. Stephen’s Church, following a tenure at the Church of St. Matthew & St. Timothy which now is “sadly closed.”
Also Klink is “a co-chair of the Greater New York Area Episcopal Trans Task Force. I’m also a member of the diocesan Liturgical Committee, and its Editorial Sub-Committee on ‘Psalms for All People’ and ‘Prayers for All People,’ a new version of the ’79 Psalter with expansive and inclusive language.”
Kling is “non-binary trans” and uses “they/them” pronouns.
Social media responded: “There are two kinds of Christianity: those who hold the Scriptures as the highest authority, and those who don’t. Clearly, this person falls into the latter.”
“This is the true church of Satan.”
“Is this real?”
“Blasphemy.”
