In the wake of the midterms, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh now must deal with oversight committees led by Democrats who didn't support him. The Senate Banking Committee is expected to be led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., a strident critic of Warsh.
