Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier on Thursday announced a lawsuit against Pfizer over the experimental COVID-19 jabs.
“Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us,” Uthmeier wrote on X.
“While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks,” he added.
“Pfizer told Florida families that mass vaccination with their mRNA COVID vaccine was necessary to stop the spread and that there were no material safety risks. CEO Albert Bourla said if you didn’t take it, you were putting the people you love the most at risk. He called people who ask questions criminals,” Uthmeier said.
“In January 2023, after billions of doses, he said Pfizer had not seen a single safety signal. They spent $10 billion on advertising. They brought in more than $80 billion from the vaccine alone. What they didn’t say, that they knew about myocarditis in teenagers and young adults. They had reports of thousands of adverse events, including stroke and death. And they had reason to know the shot posed risks to pregnant women and unborn babies in the first trimester,” he continued.

Sens. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Rand Paul (R-KY) previously said an email obtained from Anthony Fauci’s government email showed that Dr. Janet Woodcock, the then-Acting Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), “wrote to Drs. Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins regarding reports she had received directly from individuals, including ‘healthcare professionals,’ of adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination.”
According to a press release from Johnson’s office, Dr. Woodcock wrote:
“The symptoms do not fit together into a distinctive syndrome and most are not easily quantifiable or evaluated with standard laboratory testing.”
“These problems are not the sort that a system like VAERS would be able to detect, or even a more sophisticated population-based active followup [sic] such as CDC has, or a medical record based system such as BEST [an FDA safety surveillance system],” she added.
“As our investigation continues, we have mounting evidence that, time and time again, those responsible for watching for safety signals failed to warn the public when they saw them,” Johnson said.
“They let people die and become permanently disabled because they didn’t want to cause ‘vaccine hesitancy,’” he added.

In addition, text messages from Anthony Fauci’s government-issued cellphone revealed he privately raised concerns that the COVID-19 jab could “theoretically” be linked to miscarriages in pregnant women.
At the time, Fauci publicly said there were “no red flags” for pregnant women, the New York Post noted.
“I asked around a bit more and another issue came up that you need to be aware of,” Fauci wrote in a January 2021 text exchange with then-Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, according to the outlet.
“Since many people have significant cytokines storm and fever after the 2nd dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester,” he added.
