Criminal Illegal Alien Driver CHARGED After Killing Three People in Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash

Three more innocent American lives have been lost due to the recklessness of an illegal alien driver.

Last week, Javiel Pena Sola, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, crashed into another vehicle in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Sadly, the three occupants inside that car were killed.

Originally, Sola fled the scene. However, law enforcement was able to track him down and arrest him.

He is now facing multiple serious charges.

A DHS press release reads:

According to local reporting, the crash occurred on July 18 in Salisbury. The Salisbury Police Department responded to the scene of a collision involving two vehicles. In one vehicle, two occupants were pronounced dead at the scene while the third occupant was airlifted for medical treatment, but later succumbed to their injuries. The second vehicle was found a short distance from the scene. A K-9 unit located the driver after he had attempted to flee the scene.

After being transferred to a hospital for treatment, the driver of the second vehicle – Javiel Pena Sola, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador – was charged with THREE counts of felony hit-and-run involving serious injury or death. ICE lodged a detainer on July 22 asking North Carolina officials to not release him from the Rowan County Jail.

This isn’t Javiel Pena Sola’s first time in trouble with the law.

Sola has multiple driving-related prior convictions. Notably, he was also arrested for escaping from custody back in 2016.

After this, he was set to be deported. But, the Obama administration intervened and ordered him to be set free back into our country.

NEW: DHS confirms that the driver arrested for killing three people in a hit and run crash in Salisbury, NC on Saturday is a Salvadoran illegal alien with prior convictions for reckless endangerment, failure to stop after an accident involving damage, and driving without a license in Maryland, plus an arrest for escaping from custody.

DHS says after his arrest for escaping from custody in Maryland in 2016, local law enforcement honored an ICE detainer and handed over Javiel Pena Sola to the custody of ICE Baltimore, but the Obama administration released him back into the country two months later.

Sola has now been charged with three felony counts of felony hit and run involving serious injury or death. He was found by a police K-9 after he tried to flee the scene of the crash.

Cases like these are absolutely infuriating and tragic.

If this illegal alien had been deported years ago, as he should have been, then these three Americans would still be alive.
