It’s been almost one year since Charlie Kirk was horrifically assassinated at Utah Valley University.
Now, in a major development, a judge has decided that there is enough evidence against accused assassin Tyler Robinson to proceed to trial.
This follows Robinson’s five-day pretrial hearing back in July, where the majority of evidence was presented.
Watch the moment Judge Graf read out all of the charges Robinson is facing here:
Judge Rules To Send Tyler Robinson To Trial For The Murder Of Charlie Kirk On All Seven Counts.
Charges include:
Count 1 — Aggravated murder
Count 2 — Felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury
Count 3 — Obstruction of justice — concealing/removing the…

In addition, Judge Graf gave prosecutors the greenlight to pursue the death penalty against Tyler Robinson.
Fox News reported:
Judge Tony Graf ruled that prosecutors may continue seeking the death penalty against Tyler Robinson, who is accused of killing Charlie Kirk.
“The question at this stage, however, is not whether the state proved the aggravator beyond a reasonable doubt,” Graf said from the bench. “Because credible evidence and reasonable inferences support probable cause as to each element, under that limited standard, the state has met its burden.”
Graf emphasized that whether prosecutors can ultimately prove the aggravating circumstance beyond a reasonable doubt “remains for trial.”
The judge also found the state established probable cause for the victim-targeting allegation, allowing the capital sentencing enhancement to move forward as the case heads to trial.
Right after Judge Graf ordered that Tyler Robinson must stand trial, the case immediately moved into arraignment.
Despite all the evidence, Tyler Robinson is pleading not guilty on all seven charges.

Charlie Kirk’s family was present at Tuesday’s hearing.
They say that the judge’s ruling to proceed to trial is an “important step” in their pursuit of justice for Charlie.
Erika Kirk shared a statement from the family:
STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE KIRK FAMILY:
Today’s decision, which comes nearly a year since Charlie was taken from us, marks an important step in our family’s pursuit of justice for him.

STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE KIRK FAMILY:
Today’s decision, which comes nearly a year since Charlie was taken from us, marks an important step in our family’s pursuit of justice for him.
Every step in this process carries the weight of all that Charlie’s murder has taken from his family, especially his children who will grow up without their father. We are grateful to all who have continued to pray for us, support us, and stand with us through a year of unimaginable grief.
As the next phase of the judicial process begins, our family remains united in our love for Charlie, our commitment to the pursuit of justice, and our prayer for a transparent and timely process.
Prior to Judge Graf reaching his decision, Tyler Robinson’s attorney disgustingly slandered Charlie Kirk.
Listen to this sick absurdity for yourself:
WTF?! Tyler Robinson's attorney is in court SLANDERING Charlie Kirk, arguing Kirk's murder can't POSSIBLY be politically-motivated because Kirk "SPOKE HATEFULLY"
Defaming an assassination victim like this is EVIL.
"Mr. Kirk spoke HATEFULLY of certain groups of people. He…

WTF?! Tyler Robinson’s attorney is in court SLANDERING Charlie Kirk, arguing Kirk’s murder can’t POSSIBLY be politically-motivated because Kirk “SPOKE HATEFULLY”
Defaming an assassination victim like this is EVIL.
“Mr. Kirk spoke HATEFULLY of certain groups of people. He spoke HATEFULLY of people who don’t have traditional norm-conforming gender identities. He spoke HATEFULLY of people who are not strictly heterosexual,” Robinson co-counsel Richard Novak said
“We all know, because we live in the real world, the kinds of things that Mr. Kirk said. Which some people find hateful.”
We live in insane times.
In Utah, you have this attorney essentially arguing that Charlie Kirk deserved to be murdered because he “spoke hatefully” (which, by the way, is completely false.)
In Massachusetts, you have a jury who can’t reach a unanimous decision on whether to send a mother who strangled her three young children to death to jail.
These folks on X made very good points:
We have a lawyer justifying political assassination in one court case and another lawyer justifying the mass murder of children in another. Very dark times in America.

Why is this even being discussed in court?
It has no relevance whatsoever.
Charlie was murdered and, no matter what he said, he didn’t deserve to be murdered for it.
Period.
This constant barrage from the Left saying “oh he said something bad so I can kill him” is VILE.

What are your thoughts?
If found guilty, do you believe Tyler Robinson be sentenced to death?
