BOMBSHELL: Jack Smith Grabbed Personal Data on Over 600K Trump Supporters — Including MAGA Hat Buyers

If you have donated to Republicans or bought Trump campaign merchandise, the Biden DOJ may have stolen your personal information.

On Wednesday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley released a new memo containing some explosive revelations about former special counsel Jack Smith’s notorious ‘Arctic Frost’ probe.

As it turns out, the investigation functionally acted as a witch hunt not only into President Trump and his political allies — but his supporters, as well!

Not only did Jack Smith illegally collect phone records from multiple GOP senators, but he also obtained spreadsheets full of personal details belonging to over half a million Republican donors and supporters.

The Senate Judiciary GOP broke it down:

Chairman @ChuckGrassley
reveals SHOCKING new whistleblower discovery in explosive memo today: Jack Smith & Biden DOJ obtained personal data for over HALF A MILLION Republican donors, voters and supporters.

At least 639,000 Americans’ data was scooped up by Smith and his team.

“Smith and the Biden Justice Department collected incredibly invasive donor data – and voter data – beyond what could conceivably be necessary for Smith or his team to fulfill the Special Counsel’s mandate.”

Among the entries in those spreadsheets were everyday American people who donated small amounts to Republican campaigns.

Per the New York Post:

More than 148,000 rows on spreadsheets contained the findings, including donors from 2005 to 2021.

Dates of birth, home addresses, email addresses, Republican party registration, information about credit cards or employment history were also hoovered up.

“This update shows that Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department collected incredibly invasive donor data — and voter data — beyond what could conceivably be necessary for Smith or his team to fulfill the Special Counsel’s mandate,” Grassley wrote in the memo.

“The new findings further corroborate that Smith and his partisan team aimed to map out the entire Republican Party apparatus,” he added.

That included names of Republican campaign aides and volunteers, as well as party donors who contributed anywhere between $1 and $1,000.

It also included patriots who bought a red MAGA hat between the years 2021 and 2025.

Take a look at this:

If you bought a MAGA hat between 2021-2025, Jack Smith had a spreadsheet with your name and home address. Let that sink in….

Thanks to Senator @ChuckGrassley & @SenJudiciaryGOP for bringing transparency!

Let that sink in…

Under the guise of investigating President Trump, the Biden DOJ swept up personal data belonging to over half a million MAGA supporters.

Fox News reported further:

The memo is part of an update from Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and his investigation into former special counsel Jack Smith and his Arctic Frost probe, which was launched by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2022 to investigate efforts to overturn results of the 2020 election.

Grassley has been diving into Arctic Frost since last year, releasing a drip feed of whistleblower reports on the investigation that led to Smith testifying before the Judiciary Committee last month.

The latest update found that Smith’s special counsel office and the DOJ “obtained spreadsheets containing Republican campaign donors, supporters, and detailed personal voter information in various formats, totaling over 639,000 individuals, at minimum,” Grassley said in the memo.

“Out of those, over 148,000 rows are identified in the spreadsheets as donors,” he continued. “The donors generally contributed small-dollar amounts.”

Smith also sought and obtained information on the sales of red MAGA hats and Trump memorabilia, which Grassley noted included “individual purchasers and shipping addresses for home delivery.”

“This is in addition to collecting a catalog of Trump campaign products including these red hats, T-shirts, mugs, and door mats,” Grassley said. “This further illustrates the extensive scope of irrelevant and personally invasive records obtained by Smith which were shared with FBI agents.”

The data gathered on the voters and donors included names, dates of birth, physical addresses, emails, whether the person was a registered Republican, their occupation and place of employment — samples on the list included retirees, pool technicians, drivers, loggers, etc. — credit card information, donor analysis data and donation amount, among other details.

Frankly, this whole thing is insane — and a blatant infringement on the rights of the American people.

Many patriots on X want to see some accountability:

@MarshallYates_ @lsferguson @ChuckGrassley @SenJudiciaryGOP @ItsYourGov Guess I’m on this list. Can we file a class action suit against Jack Smith for invading our privacy? Any lawyers out there?

@MarshallYates_ @Fulcrumbs44 @ChuckGrassley @SenJudiciaryGOP @ItsYourGov They spent time hunting MAGA people rather than stopping an invasion and fraud.

@MarshallYates_ @JordanSekulow @ChuckGrassley @SenJudiciaryGOP @ItsYourGov Sounds like the number of plaintiffs in the class act law suit will be massive.

@SenJudiciaryGOP @ChuckGrassley Jack Smith deserves at minimum life in prison. We also need to convict the person(s) who were giving Smith his marching orders, both direct and indirect.

@SenJudiciaryGOP @ChuckGrassley Buying a Trump hat or writing a $5 check should not put you in a federal prosecutor’s spreadsheet. This is the kind of thing people need to go to prison over. Not “oversight theater.” Actual accountability.
